He is the point person ensuring every system meets IEC compliance and AAG's internal "Zero-Fail Redundancy" standard before and after handover.
His BEng in Electrical and Electronics Engineering underpins his system design and installation work, and his Cisco Packet Tracer Network Engineer certification is directly relevant to the remote monitoring infrastructure AAG uses for post-commissioning support — connecting each site's health metrics back to the team so issues are caught before they become failures.
